Club football returns this weekend and Andy Schooler is back with his latest Premier League betting tips. Having backed Brighton against Arsenal last time out, Andy shares his best bets for Ipswich v Fulham, Aston Villa v Brentford and Coventry v Newcastle.

Ipswich v Fulham betting tips (Sat, 3pm)
I can’t have Fulham at 2.2 to win this.
The Cottagers have yet to win in the Premier League and are yet to score an away goal, with the pre-season concerns over Alvaro Arbeloa’s appointment so far justified.
Admittedly, there have been some encouraging signs in the past couple of games – Liverpool and Manchester United both held to draws, although such results are not held in the regard they once were.
However, Fulham have long-standing issues away from home – last season they lost the majority of games on the road and scored just 17 goals in their 19 such matches. Only rock-bottom Wolves scored fewer.
It’s fair to say Ipswich have exceeded expectations so far, beating Sunderland at Portman Road and winning at Crystal Palace.
They should have got something at Everton too – the international window may have been three weeks long but I’m still fuming about Leif Davis’ ‘sitter’ miss after tipping him to score at a big price.
Julio Enciso has looked a real handful in attack so far and while I’m not totally convinced they’ll win, I do feel they’ve been priced up wrong here.
With that in mind, I think the best bet is to back them in the draw-no-bet market.

Aston Villa v Brentford betting tips (Sat, 3pm)
For this week’s goalscorer bet, I’m going with Villa new boy Johan Manzambi.
He was an eyecatcher when making his first start for his new club at Tottenham before the international break, scoring the opening goal of the game.
And the Swiss youngster also notched for Switzerland against North Macedonia the other day, his performances across the four Nations League games earning him plenty of praise as his team claimed four wins out of four.
In short, this is a player in form, one who makes good runs into the box and isn’t afraid to take a shot.
Brentford, expected to be without the influential Mikkel Damsgaard, might not be ideal opponents – they’ve made a flying start and currently sit fourth – but they play a pretty open style of football, one which looks likely to lead to high-scoring games.
OK, they’ve only conceded four times so far but their expected-goals-against (xGA) figure is close to twice that, which suggests Villa should be able to create chances here.
Manzambi could well get on the end of them and, at 4.3 in the anytime scorer market, he’s worth a try.

Coventry v Newcastle betting tips (Mon, 8pm)
I’m going to recycle a bet from the international window, admittedly one that didn’t go well, and that’s Lewis Hall to have 2+ shots.
The full-back managed this in Newcastle’s last game against Hull and repeated the trick for England when they faced Czechia last week.
Hall received plenty of praise for his efforts with the Three Lions and he’s also started the season very well for his club.
Here, he’ll likely be playing for the team who will dominate the ball – Coventry have enjoyed 43% possession or less in all their games so far bar Hull at home – and he can be expected to play a decent attacking role down the left.
Maybe he’ll be able to deliver an assist at 4.34, a bet I also considered, but I’ll stick to the shots one which is also a nice price at 3.3.
